Whispers Of The Willow Pagoda (A3)

“Whispers of the Willow Pagoda”  is an A3 acrylic artwork and is my recreation of a piece inspired by Jian Chong Min’s artwork “Bottle Brush Trees”. I absolutely loved the “fluffiness” of his painting when I first came across it. I immediately imagined the wind blowing and how soft the trees would flow and how peacefully serene it would be. I wanted to create something similar, that someone could look at and would immediately feel calm and be gently immersed in the tranquility and quietness of the visual experience created. I love the gentleness of willow trees, so I decided to incorporate them instead, and give the scene an oriental theme, by adding a little hidden pagoda.
