I’m a Cape Town-based artist who loves creating little portals of dreamy and cosy nostalgia. ‘Art by Cassidy Marsh’ is my entrepreneurial endeavour that I passionately and lovingly dedicate my time to.

I’ve always been drawn to art that feels a little ethereal, dream-like and rooted in the beauty of nature. I love the softness of abstract forms and the familiar charm of vintage aesthetics. What speaks to me most are artworks that evoke a sense of comfort and calmness, that act as a gentle pause in the middle of life’s busyness. My hope is that my work carries that same feeling, allowing a moment of ease and serenity.

I love preserving and encapsulating special moments so that I can relive them, like painting the quiet setting of a cosy coffee shop or the peaceful beauty of a dreamy garden. My intention is for my art to be a soft reminder to slow down, romanticise life and to move through the world with kindness and love.

I am deeply committed to sustainability and caring for the earth. My artworks are locally handmade, small-batched, printed through a local small business, and packaged with kindness to nature.
