This A4 watercolour artwork was inspired by a post-card my best friend brought back for me from Vietnam. On the post-card was a collection of colourful lanterns. I put it up in my kitchen and then imagined a romantic scene unfolding; a charming lantern-lit setting, casting a warm glow over a cosy little restaurant nestled beneath it.
